Memory Care in Burlington, WAMemory Care at Creekside Continuing Care Community combines a light and airy physical environment with skilled caregivers to create an uplifting living experience. All of our venues both inside and outside are designed for comfort, enjoyment and engagement. One-on-one caring is customized to each resident embracing personal history and celebrating each moment in the present.

At Creekside memory care, we understand that Alzheimer’s and other types of memory loss diseases can be extremely challenging, not only to the individual who is facing the illness, but also to the entire family.

We also understand that the decision to place a loved one in the care of others is perhaps one of the most difficult decisions you’ll ever have to make. We want you to know that we are here to help in whatever way possible. Our Memory Care program offers residents an enriching lifestyle that helps preserve independence while offering activities and programming designed to reduce stress and confusion. See our respite care services for those taking care of loved ones with memory diseases.
